According to the law on GDPR, we have listed in our privacy policy what personal data we collect, for what purpose it is used and to what basis the data is necessary for us.

Pomologic AB with organization number 559348-2598, Box 18, 123 21 Sigtuna (“Pomologic”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is responsible for the personal data as a controller when you share your data with us, under the EU’s data protection regulation (GDRP).
1.3 Legal obligation
Some of your personal data is required for us to comply with laws and regulations. In these cases, the legal basis for processing personal data is “fulfillment of an agreement” or “legal obligation” and these personal data are required for you to complete a purchase with us. By shopping or creating an account with us, you accept our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data.
1.4 Legitimate interest
We store specific personal data based on “legitimate interest”. We do this based on a balance of interests where we have concluded that our personal data processing outweighs your interests or rights that require the protection of this personal data. 2. Personal data collected while visiting our website
2.1 Statistics and usage analyses of our website
Reason for handling:
To improve our website, products and services by analysing how you use our website.
This analytic service uses a random ID on your device for you to remain anonymous. This ID can distinguish your device from other visitors and acknowledge patterns in how our website is used.
Personal data collected:
- Encrypted version of your IP-address not connected to you as an individual
- Information about your device/browser (which area in the country you use our website from and which screen resolution you have)
- Information about your activities on the website, e.g. what you click on and how many times you have visited our website
- Other information Google have about you, e.g. information about from which site you found us.
Legal basis:
Consent – The personal data will be processed based on your consent. You can withdraw such consent at any time.
You can also prevent Google Analytics from using your personal data by downloading and installing a browser add-on. Google will continue to store your personal data for its own purposes. Read more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
2.2 Show relevant marketing
Reason for handling:
Market our products to you by showing offers and marketing online that we believe you to be interested in and are relevant to you.
We show you such marketing on other websites you visit and on Google (including YouTube), Snapchat, TikTok and Facebook (including Instagram). You see marketing based on information that these companies have about you beforehand (so-called profiling*)
To share information about you with our marketing services, so that these marketing services get information about which type of visitors are interested in us.

- An encrypted version of your IP address not connected to you as an individual
- Name
- Phone number
- An analysis of how you use our website, e.g. what items you put in your shopping cart
- Information that the marketing services we use have about you since before, e.g. information about from which site you found us. You will see search results and ads based on these data.
Legal basis:
Consent – The personal data will be processed based on your consent. You can withdraw such consent at any time.
Google (including YouTube), Snapchat, Facebook (including Instagram) and/or TikTok will continue to process your personal data as independent controllers. Information on how long they store your personal data can be found in their respective privacy information.
In Facebook-inställningar ou can make choices about the marketing you want to see. What Google ads you want to see and other settings can be adjusted here.
*Profiling: We use so-called profiling to be able to show you offers that are relevant to you and to provide you with customized marketing. We use profiling because without it, you would instead see offers and information which you are probably not interested in. You have the right to object to profiling as described below under section 7. Your rights.
2.3 Personal data collected in connection to purchases
When you make a purchase with us, we collect the personal data listed below. We use Klarna Checkout and they also process your personal data and inform you about this separately.

Fulfillment of agreement – The personal data is necessary for us to be able to process the purchase but also for potential complaints, disputes or complaints in the future and to comply with the Accounting Act.
3. To comply with accounting and accounting legislation
Reason for handling:
We save your information as a basis for bookkeeping and accounting purposes for a period of seven to eight years in accordance with bookkeeping and accounting legislation.

4. Communication
Personal data collected when communicating with you without connection to purchase (For example, email or chat in social media)
Reason for handling:
- Communication via e.g. e-mail, chat or posts in our social media.
- When we answer questions in order to provide you with good service.
Personal data collected:
- Information that you share with us such as name or other contact details.
- If you interact with us via social media, we also process information from your profile on the relevant social media platform, such as your username and any profile picture. Additional information regarding your case that you contacted us about.
Legal basis:
Legitimate interest – To stay in contact with you who contacted us. Your communications with us via social media (eg your comments on our posts) can be deleted by you at any time. We will remove posts or comments that violate the rules of the platform or that are in violation of applicable law as soon as possible. When you contact us via a social media platform, we recommend that you also read the privacy policy of that platform.
In case of complaints, regrets about your purchase or in case of communication regarding your purchase
Reason for handling:
Handling of returns, complaints or initiation of claims or defences against claims directed against us.
Personal data collected:
- Name
- Contact details that you have chosen to use, e.g. email address and/or phone number
- Information from your communication with us regarding the matter, e.g. order number and other information about your purchase
Legal basis:
Legal obligation – The processing is necessary to comply with the obligations we have according to e.g. consumer legislation. In these cases, you need to share your personal data with us so that we can comply with applicable legislation.
Legitimate interest – The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest in defending ourselves against potential claims or complaints.
4.3 To handle any customer service issues and tracking of your order
Reason for handling:
In communication with us to answer questions regarding your purchase via e.g. email, chat or website as well as to track your order and share the delivery information with you if you ask for it.

- Information about your purchase and additional information you share with us

5. Newsletter
5.1 When subscribing to our newsletters
Reason for handling:
To send emails about, among other things, news, marketing, offers and discounts, as well as to analyze our newsletters and see how we can improve and develop our communication.

- IP-address
- Information about whether you have opened our newsletters and what you click on.
Legal basis:
Consent – Your personal data will be processed based on your consent when you choose to subscribe to our newsletter in connection with a purchase or in one of our forms. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
Legitimate interest – To analyze our marketing and improve it in future mailings.
5.2 When unsubscribing from newsletters
If you choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter, we save personal data that you have shared with us to ensure that you do not receive newsletters from us in the future.
Reason for handling:
When you indicate that you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, we save your personal data to ensure that we do not send you any further marketing.

Legal basis:
Legal obligation – These personal data are necessary too, for example, comply with the Marketing Act, which states that we may not market to people who have refused to receive such. We cannot ensure that you will not receive marketing newsletters without processing this personal data.
6. Social media
6.1 To share posts on social media
Reason for handling:
Posts you have shared on social media and tagged us in that we share further.
Personal data collected:
- Information from your profile on the relevant social media platform (username and any picture you have chosen for your profile)
- Other information in your post
Legal basis:
Consent – Your personal data is processed based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Your posts will be shared on our social media until we delete the posts or you ask us to remove them.
6.2 Participation in our competitions on social media
Reason for handling:
To administer your participation in the competition and ensure that those participating in the competition follow the rules of the competition. If you participate in a contest on one of our social media platforms, you share your competition entry, e.g. in a post or a comment (in accordance with the rules of the specific competition)
Personal data collected:
- Contact details that you use when you participate in the competition, e.g. your username on the social media platform to which the competition applies
- Your competition entry and other information if you enter when you enter the competition, e.g. in a post or comment
- Information relevant to the assessment of whether you are eligible to participate in the competition, e.g. information about your age
Legal basis:
Legitimate interest – To enable your participation in the competition. The contribution is saved until you delete it, for example by deleting your post or comment.
7. Your rights
When we process your personal data, you have several rights to influence how we handle them. Please contact us if you want to know more or exercise any of your rights.
7.1 Right to access and information
On request, you have the right to receive written information about which personal data we process and how it is used.
7.2 Right to rectification
If you feel your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct or supplement these.
7.3 Right to erasure
Under certain circumstances specified in the EU Data Protection Regulation have the right to request that we delete your personal data. It may be that your personal data is no longer necessary or it is no longer based on any legal basis and we will then delete your data.
7.4 Right to limitation
For personal data based on a balancing of interests, you have the right to request that we limit this processing of personal data. For example, it may be about saying no to newsletters and your personal data will continue to be stored but no longer used for this purpose.
7.7 Right to withdraw your consent and object to processing
You have a right to withdraw any consent you have given us, partly or entirely.
You always have a right to object to our processing of your personal data when the processing is performed for marketing and profiling purposes, such as when we send newsletters or customized marketing such as profiling.
You also have a right to object to our processing of your personal data when the processing is based on the lawful basis of “legitimate interest”. In some instances, we may continue to process your personal data based on our legitimate interest even if you have objected to our processing (e.g. when we need to store your personal data).
This can be the case if we can show compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or if the purpose of the processing is to establish, exercise or defend ourselves against a legal claim.
7.6 Right to data portability
In certain circumstances, you have the right to request your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, when technically possible, transfer your personal data to another company, so-called “data portability”.
This applies to personal data that you have shared with us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. The legal basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract or your consent.
7.7 Right to File Complaints
We always ask you to contact us in the first instance if you are dissatisfied with how we process your personal data. Still, you also have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority. You can file a complaint in the EU/EEA country where you live, work or where the alleged breach of personal data law occurred. The supervisory authority in Sweden is the Privacy Protection Authority.
8. Other information
8.1 Where is your personal data handled?
We, and all our partners, mainly handle your personal data within the EU/EEA. In some cases, your personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA. However, such transfer only takes place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, which means that we only transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA if we can ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
8.2 Who can access your personal data and why?
Your personal data is collected and handled by us and we do not sell your personal data. Our employees will handle your personal data, but only those who need access to it to perform their duties.
To conduct our business, we need cooperation with suppliers and other partners who will process your personal data. e are responsible for all sharing of your personal data and for ensuring that your personal data is secure when shared with third parties in accordance with fowling information.
We share your personal data with the following recipients:
If you integrate with us or visit our account on social media, the social media platform handles your personal data as a user of the platform.
When you visit our website and give your consent for your personal data to be shared, we share your personal data with the following:
- Google, which provides a service that analyses our website, and the companies that provide the marketing services we use (Google (including YouTube), Snapchat, Facebook (including Instagram) and/or TikTok.
- When you make a purchase, Klarna will handle your personal data to complete your payment. Klarna is the personal data controller for such personal data processing and will inform you separately about how Klarna handles your personal data. If you pay by invoice, your personal data may be shared with a company that evaluates your financial situation.
- If you purchase a product from us, the company responsible for the delivery will process your personal data to deliver the product.
- If you subscribe to our newsletter, we share your personal data with the company that helps us send out the newsletters.
8.3 How long do we save your personal data?
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this privacy policy (unless a more extended retention period is required by applicable law). For personal data related to product purchases, we retain this to comply with the legal obligations we have (such as conditions set out under tax and purchase laws and for warranty purposes).
